Condition Q retained the permanent-roundabout requirement but changed how FRSA's contribution would be determined. Condition S replaced the shared-use agreement requirement with a school-run application process.

Lot 218 then, Lot 162 now

The 2023–24 approval and the groundwater licence use Lot 218 on Deposited Plan 202681. Current cadastral mapping identifies the remaining holding at 575 Abernethy Road as Lot 162 on Deposited Plan 429870 after the roundabout corner was separated. Historical Lot 218 references remain accurate for the instruments in which they appear.

PA25-5804 does not establish approval of the May 2026 masterplan

January 2026 Shire DAU minutes list PA25-5804 as an Educational Establishment application for 575 Abernethy Road, received on 12 December 2025 and determined under Delegation 12.1.1. The published record does not disclose the decision outcome, plans, Conditions or legal effect. It establishes that a later planning record exists, but not what was decided or whether it relates to the later masterplan.
